Dear SACS User:
It is time to start planning for the 2008 Annual User
Conference. It is scheduled for May 20th and 21st, 2008
at the Chattanooga Convention Center, 1100 Carter Plaza,
Chattanooga, TN 37409. The Marriott Hotel has a block
reserved for our meeting. The group rate is $109.00.
Reservations must be made on or before April 28, 2008.

756-0002 and state that you are attending the “SACS
Annual User Conference”. After this date the group rate
is not guaranteed.
The fee for attending will be $200.00, which includes
breakfast, breaks, lunch and training for two days.
Pre-Registration will be held May 19th, 2008 between the
hours of 4:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. in the Convention
Center in front of Meeting Room 4,5,6. Registration will
begin at 7:00 a.m. on May 20th in the Convention Center
in front of Meeting Room 4,5,6.

SACS.Net Now Complete
We are proud to announce the completion of our
graphical windows based housing software, SACS.
Net! We appreciate your patience during the
development stages of our new product. This process
began 3 ½ years ago with the goal of providing the very
best housing software solution available. It uses
Microsoft’s latest technologies. SACS.Net is based on
the proven foundation from our Classic SACS Housing
Software.
Beta customers have been running parallel systems for
several months with excellent results. The conversion
programs are complete and we are now ready to move to
the next phase, installation of the software. Currently,
we have scheduled installations through the first
quarter of 2007 for new and existing customers who have
already purchased SACS.Net.
We are currently installing our first new SACS.Net
customer, Salisbury Housing Authority in Salisbury,
North Carolina. With 523 units, they wanted a modern
application that would addresses their needs. We are
pleased to report that they selected SACS.Net after
evaluating products from several other vendors.
We invite you to experience SACS.Net. A demonstration
of the software represents the best opportunity for you
to evaluate the many new features. If you are interested
